Refunds & Exchanges

Returns made on products purchased at our pop-up events or online, is permitted within 14 days of purchase, and must be in new/unworn condition.

Exceptions to the above, are in the event of manufacturer defect, in which case please contact us for more information.

For online returns, shipping is at your expense.  We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds may be granted on items returned in like-new condition, or due to manufacturer defect, within 14 days of purchase.  If purchase was made online, request for refund must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item, and item for return being received by our returns department, within 14 days from the date of initial delivery.

Refunds on qualifying items will be granted within 24 hours of processing, but please allow 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.

We understand that shopping online presents certain challenges.  Further, all items available at Noble Native are in small quantities, and we may run out of stock on an item between the time of your initial order and the time of your exchange.  We are happy to apply your exchange credit to any other item in our shop, or as a form of store credit for a future purchase.  We recommend emailing us (below) about your exchange request, prior to shipping.
